If any purchased item or set of items is found to be unsatisfactory or not meeting the specified requirements, our dedicated team engages in a detailed bilateral conversation to understand the cause of the complaint and strives to resolve the issue within 7 days. We provide three types of solutions:

     • We offer partial or full compensation on mutually agreed terms.
     • Compensation may involve a discount on new purchases or similar products.
  2. Exchange:
     • Eligibility for an exchange requires that the item(s) be unused and in the original packaging.
  3. Return and Refund:
     • To be eligible for a full refund, the item must be unused and in its original packaging.
     • Customers are responsible for one side of the delivery charges.
     • A receipt or proof of purchase is required to complete the return process.

  Conditions for Partial Refunds:

  • Items not in their original condition, damaged, or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.
  • Items returned more than 7 days after delivery.

  Refund Process:

  • Once the returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
  • Approved refunds will be processed within a specified timeframe and applied to your original method of payment.

  Late or Missing Refunds:

  • No refund or exchange on custom items unless they are marked or damaged.

  • Only regular-priced items are eligible for a refund; sale items cannot be refunded.

  Shipping:
